Self-awareness tools: Cross-sectional check-in
This is part 2 of the #selfawareness tools I'm sharing to help develop this core skill.
Becoming self-aware means:
Understanding how your internal reactions (thoughts, emotions) are affected by external factors (physical sensations) and manifest into behaviors.
True #power comes from mastering your #mind: if you can understand it, then you can control it and use your #strengths to your benefit.
This is the starting point for your #selfdevelopment and the first step towards building a #growthmindset.
I strongly believe in the importance of self-awareness and this is a huge focus in my coaching practice.
I'm sharing these tools for free because the world would be a much better place if we were all more in touch with ourselves.
