Step 2: Proposal. Based on our conversation, we design a tailored programme or workshop and present it with clear scope, timeline, and investment.

Step 3: Delivery. We deliver the programme, track progress, and adjust as needed. No rigid formats; everything adapts to your reality.

What size organizations do you work with?

From startups scaling their first management layer to established companies with hundreds of employees. The approach adapts to your context, not the other way around.

Can you work with distributed or remote teams?

Yes. Workshops and coaching are available online for distributed teams. In-person facilitation is available in Amsterdam and surrounding areas, and can be arranged elsewhere for larger engagements.

How is this different from hiring a training company?

Training companies deliver standardized content. We design interventions around your specific challenges, culture, and people. Every workshop is custom-built; every coaching engagement is tailored. The starting point is your reality, not a curriculum.

What does outplacement support include?

The Career Boost programme provides individual coaching for employees affected by layoffs, covering application strategy (CV, LinkedIn, cover letter), interview preparation, and emotional support through the transition. Available for single employees or groups. We protect your employer brand by ensuring people leave with a plan, not just a box.

​

Is the Burnout Reset programme preventive or reactive?

Both. The group coaching format works as a proactive wellbeing programme to reduce attrition and boost engagement, but it is equally effective for teams already showing signs of burnout. It includes a proprietary burnout awareness tool and is informed by psychology research.

Can individual team members sign up for coaching directly?

Yes. Individual leadership coaching is available through the Leadership Elevate programme on our leadership coaching page. Team members can also book a Power Hour for one-off support. For multiple team members, an organizational package is usually more cost-effective.

​

How do you measure impact?

It depends on the engagement. For coaching, we track progress against development goals set at the start. For workshops, we measure outcomes agreed with you in advance. We are happy to align with your existing performance metrics or engagement surveys.

​

Do you work outside the Netherlands?

Yes. Online delivery means location is not a barrier. We work with people organizations across Europe, the United States, and Canada. In-person facilitation can be arranged for larger engagements.
