Is this you?
You're not at the warning signs. You're past them.

Maybe it looks like this:
-
You're exhausted in a way that sleep doesn't fix
-
You dread Monday before Sunday is even over
-
You've lost interest in work that used to matter to you
-
You can't concentrate, can't decide, can't switch off
-
You keep telling yourself "just get through this quarter" but it never ends
-
You've been told to take a holiday, and you know that won't fix it
-
You're functioning, but barely, and nobody at work can tell

If you're reading this and thinking "that's me", you're not broken. You're burned out. And there's a way through it.
This isn't wellness coaching
Most burnout support falls into two categories: therapists who help you process the emotional toll, and wellness coaches who tell you to meditate and set boundaries. Both have their place. This is neither.

I spent 20 years inside corporate organizations. I've seen how burnout gets created: the restructures that double workloads overnight, the cultures that reward overwork, the managers who confuse commitment with availability. I've also seen how organizations ignore it until someone breaks.
That insider perspective means I don't just help you recover. I help you understand how you got here, what needs to change, and how to rebuild a sustainable relationship with work.

I'm also currently completing a Master's in Psychology at the University of East London, focused specifically on burnout. So the strategies we build aren't based on Instagram wellness trends. They're informed by what the research actually says about recovery, motivation, and occupational wellbeing.

This is practical, evidence-informed coaching grounded in corporate reality. Not fluff.

Insider perspective
When I coach you on your job search, interview prep, or positioning, it's based on what I've seen work from the other side of the table.
Leadership lens
If your career challenge involves managing up, navigating office politics, or figuring out whether you want to lead at all, I've lived it.
Research based
The strategies we build aren't just based on experience; they're informed by what the research says about motivation, career identity, and occupational wellbeing.
Driven approach
Every session has a clear focus and ends with concrete next steps.
No fluff. Just progress.
The Burnout Reset Programme
This is not group coaching. It's individual, confidential, and built around your specific situation.
Burnout Reset
6 sessions
Across 6 sessions, we work through:

-
Energy management. Understanding where your energy is going and why recovery isn't happening. Not time management advice; actual energy audits.
-
Boundaries and time. Identifying which boundaries are missing or broken, and building realistic ones that work in your actual workplace, not a theoretical ideal.
-
Restoring balance. Reconnecting with what gives you energy outside of work, and rebuilding the habits that burnout destroyed.
-
What comes next. Building a practical plan for after recovery: whether that means returning to your current role differently, navigating a job search, or simply functioning without running on empty.

You also receive:
-
Access to a proprietary burnout awareness tool developed specifically for this programme.
-
Ongoing support is available where recovery needs more time, because burnout rarely follows a fixed timeline.

Common questions
Is this therapy?
No. Coaching is forward-looking and action-oriented. I help you understand what's happening, build a recovery plan, and take concrete steps forward. If clinical support is needed, I'll help you find the right professional. Some clients work with a therapist and a coach at the same time; the two complement each other.

How do I know if I'm actually burned out?
Burnout typically shows up in three ways: emotional exhaustion that doesn't improve with rest, growing cynicism or detachment from work, and a noticeable drop in effectiveness. If those sound familiar, it's worth having a conversation. A Power Hour can help you figure out where you are.

How long does burnout recovery take?
Most people start feeling a shift within the first few sessions. Sustainable recovery takes longer. The 6-session programme builds the foundation; ongoing support is available if you need more time. Burnout didn't happen overnight, and recovery rarely does either.

Will you tell me to quit my job?
No. The goal is to help you make your own informed decision about what needs to change. Sometimes that's the job. Sometimes it's the boundaries. Sometimes it's the story you're telling yourself about what you owe your employer. We figure that out together.

Can my employer pay for this?
Yes. Many organizations sponsor coaching as part of wellbeing or development budgets. I can provide documentation or invoicing that makes it easier to get approval.

Do I need to be based in the Netherlands? No. I work with professionals across Europe, The United States, and Canada. Sessions are online, so location isn't a barrier.
