About Spark Back Coaching
Grounded in corporate reality
Spark Back was built on one belief: professional support, whether for your career, your leadership, or your wellbeing, should be direct, practical, and grounded in how organizations actually work
The Spark Back Philosophy
The coaching industry is full of vague advice, recycled frameworks, and feel-good exercises that don't survive contact with a real workplace. Spark Back exists because we think you deserve better.

Every programme we offer is built around one question: what actually works? Not what sounds inspiring in a workshop, but what produces results when you're navigating a restructure, preparing for a difficult conversation, or trying to figure out your next move while running on empty.

We call it No Fluff, Just Progress. It means every session has a clear focus, ends with concrete next steps, and is grounded in 20 years of seeing how organizations really operate from the inside.
Why Coaching
Spark Back was born from a realization: the people who needed the most help were not the organizations. They were the individuals on the other side: the talented professional who couldn't figure out why they weren't getting callbacks. The leader who was drowning but didn't feel they could say so. The expat who had built an impressive career in one country and felt invisible in another.
Research
Spark Back's approach is informed by ongoing research. Christina is currently completing a Master's in Psychology at the University of East London, with a focus on burnout. The programme started because the same pattern kept showing up: smart, capable professionals pushing through exhaustion until something broke. Understanding the research behind what 20 years of practice had shown was the natural next step.

It means the advice isn't just based on experience. It's informed by what the research actually says about motivation, identity, and occupational wellbeing.
The Approach
We don't tell you what you want to hear. We tell you what you need to hear, and then we build a plan to do something about it. Every session is focused on clarity, action, and forward movement. If you're looking for someone to nod along sympathetically for an hour, we're probably not the right fit. If you want someone who will challenge you, hold you accountable, and help you get unstuck, let's talk.
